Zombies are everywhere these days—at least in songs, movies, and on TV! This original piece is a tip of the hat to the wildly popular sci-fi craze. Written for first year orchestra students, “Zombie Dance” by Michael Story uses mostly quarter note rhythms and D-, A-, and G-string notes including a few C-naturals. Very easy optional piano and percussion parts are included, however it is playable by strings alone. Have fun with this one! (1:45)
