Arranger William Himes brilliantly adapts Bach’s famous fugue for the concert band. The themes are passed around to all members of the band and include some solo opportunities (with cross cues). Limited percussion writing adds excitement and vitality to all of Bach’s original notes. This is sure to be a contest and festival favorite.
