樂曲解說
樂曲創作的發想來自對台灣土地的眷戀、感恩與歌頌之情,藉著音樂描繪出先民開墾斯土的身影,除了對自然的謳歌,也有人文的抒懷。
序奏引用阿里山鄒族的《迎神曲》,表達人們對大自然的崇敬,快板是先民渡海而來,展望這塊美麗土地的雀躍之情;繼而以行板歌詠對大地孕育、滋生萬物的感恩;最後的快板是展現人們攜手守護土地的決心。
本曲於2015年「台灣國際管樂節」管樂合奏比賽作為指定曲。
The piece was a rewrite based on 2011 piece ‘Attachment of the Land’ commissioned by National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra.
The notion of composition was derived from the love, appreciation and gratitude to the land of Taiwan. The music portrayed the scene of reclamation by ancestors. The ode is a tribute to both nature and human.
The introduction cited from traditional tune of Tsou people, who inhabit in Mt. Ali for generations, expressing the respect to the nature. In allegro paragraph, music presents the joyful emotion of the first glance when ancestors came across the sea. The following andante shows the gratitude towards Mother Nature nurturing the flourishing land. The allegro at the end demonstrate the determination of people guarding the land.
The piece was used as the designated piece in 2015 Taiwan Band Clinic.
