《感恩的心》詞曲由陳志遠先生所作，他是台灣知名的流行音樂編曲家、作曲家，曾經製作過蘇芮、黃鶯鶯、王杰、張雨生、張惠妹、小虎隊等人的專輯，也曾經創作出許多暢銷金曲。生平編曲、創作的歌曲超過千首，友人戲稱他為「音樂怪博士」。圈內封號有編曲大師、音樂教父等。
《感恩的心》為陳志遠經典的代表作，這首歌道出了人在世界上的渺小，卻不認輸、滿懷感謝的精神，感謝命運以及感謝陪伴自己並給自己勇氣的人們，此曲至今仍鼓舞著許多人的心。

“A Grateful Heart” is composed by Zhi-Yuan Chen. He is a well-known Taiwanese composer and arranger for popular music. He has a collaboration with famous singers such as SuRui, HuangYingYing, WangJie, ZhangYuSheng, A-mei, XiaoHu Team, and more. He also composed more than a thousand well-known songs in his wonderful life.
The song “A Grateful heart” is the masterpiece of Chen, it is about how tiny we are in the world, but even if we encounter hardships and difficulties, we should be grateful for the God and people who always stay with us. The spirit of not easily giving up and being brave had been encouraging many people as the strongest power.
