【簡介 / Introduction】
1980年，出生於神奈川縣。2002年自昭和大學音樂系所畢業，在校期間向藤原喜文女士學習作曲。曾受邀為航空自衛隊中部航空樂隊、陸上自衛隊東部樂隊、陸上自衛隊第6樂隊隊、海上自衛隊橫須賀樂隊、海上自衛隊舞鶴樂隊、海上自衛隊佐世保樂隊、Yamaha管樂團、大阪市立交響樂團等知名樂團及薩克斯風演奏家福本新太郎作曲。
2008年受邀至美國Midwest Clinic 音樂節中演出自己的創作。除了在日本的演出外，也常受邀至臺灣與香港指揮演奏自己的作品。至今已發行4張創作唱片，目前是21世紀管樂”響宴”會員，昭和大學音樂系約聘講師，並在2016年拿下第49屆JBA下穀獎。
Daisuke Shimizu was born in 1980 in Kanagawa, Japan. He graduated from Showa College of Music in 2002, having studied composition with Yoshibumi Fujiwara. He has composed for premier bands such as the Japan Air Self-Defense Force Chubu Band, the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Eastern Army Band, the JGSDF 6th Division Band, the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Yokosuka. Maizuru. Sasebo Band, the Yamaha Symphonic Band, Naniwa Orchestral Winds, the Osaka Municipal Symphonic Band, the Siena Wind Orchestra, and Shintaro Fukumoto, the saxophonist. He was also performed at the 2008 Midwest Clinic. Four CDs of his works have been released in Japan.
