出生於大阪。大阪音樂大學畢業，主修作曲，指揮以及黑管。
2008
神戶文化支援基金助成《Sarang~ 朴守賢朗讀音樂作品展》
2009
國際現代音樂協會 (ISCM) World Music Days 瑞典）入選《白月飛舞》
受濟州國際管樂節委託，為第 3 屆韓國社會人管樂比賽指定曲作曲《濟州島民謠狂想曲》
2010
為十鼓擊樂團全台表演《出水靈劍》全曲作曲
2011
獲高雄春天藝術節邀請，與十鼓擊樂團及高雄國樂團共同演出《拈花》
日本黑管協會作曲比賽第 3 名《 Y 的肖像》
2012
受濟州國際管樂節委託，為 U 13 管樂比賽指定曲作曲《龍泉劍》
2013
21 世紀的管樂“響宴 入選（東京）《白月飛舞》
2014
獲得第 7 屆全日本吹奏樂聯盟作曲比賽第 1 名《曉闇之宴》
國際現代音樂協會 (ISCM) World Music Days 波蘭）入選《夢中夢的行進曲》
2015
全日本吹奏樂比賽指定曲Ｖ《曉闇之宴》
受神戶文化事業財團委託創作《 Happiness is …》
於京都藝術中心主辦作品展《 Double Respiration》
受濟州國際管樂節 20 周年紀念委託創作《 Festival Bonjiga 》
PARK studied composition at the Osaka College of Music.
His works have been performed mainly in East Asia and Europe, such as Asian Music Festival 2003 in Tokyo, Daegu International Contemporary Festival 2005, Jeju Wind Ensemble Festival 2009, 2012 and 2015 in Korea, ISCM “World Music Days” 2009 in Sweden and 2 014 in Poland, Kaohsiung Spring Festival 2011 in Taiwan.
He won the 3rd ACL Korea Composition Competition 2nd prize, the 15th Daegu International Contemporary Festival 1st prize, the Japan Clarinet Association Composition Competition for Clarinet 3rd prize , the Kansai Modern Music Association Composition Award, and the 7th All Japan Band Association Composition Competition 1st prize (“Scintillating Dawn”, a required piece for the All Japan Band Competition 2015).
He has also other activities as a conductor and an instrument player.
PARK is currently a member of the Kansai Modern Music Association and the Japan Academic Society of Wind Music.
